Summary:

The Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine is specifically engineered for evaluating the external impact resistance of a diverse range of pipes (including PVC-U water supply pipes, sewage pipes, low-pressure water supply pipes, low-pressure water transmission pipes, core-layer foam pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes, and PE water supply pipes), plates, and rigid plastic sheets.

The product fully complies with the industrial standard JB/T 9389 Technical Specifications for Drop Weight Impact Testing Machines, as well as international standards such as ASTM, ISO, and BS—ensuring test results are accurate, reliable, and compliant with global industry requirements.

The pneumatic release design fundamentally eliminates cable fatigue and electrical leakage issues, while the pneumatic automatic locking mechanism guarantees safe and reliable operation.
