​Ⅰ. Apply:

Hydrostatic Pipe Static Pressure Tester hydrostatic pressure testing machine mainly used to determine the resistance of thermoplastics pipes and short-time hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is applicable to thermoplastic pipes intended for the conveyance of fluids. It confirms to ISO1167,ASTM D1598 and ASTM D1599.

Ⅱ. System Feature:

1. Industrial tablet control, direct control.

2. The machine with "precision pressure control unit" multi-channel combination.

3. Each station is independently controlled no interference.

4. 5-statiions, 10-stations, 15-stations, 20-stations and other multi-station optional, up to 60 stations and above. With a hydrostatic test, blasting test.

6. Pipe diameter range: Φ16 ~ 2000mm can customized.
7. Operator-friendly display interface provides multi languages to suit the most varied customer requirements.
8. It is convenient to calibrate pressure during testing, meaning that the system may continue running during calibration(optional).
9. Multistage protections are from electric partt, mechanical part as well as software.
