Product use:

Hydrostatic pressure & burst tester with end caps and water tank is nice in appearance, smiple in structure and of high precision and stability as well as easy to operate, it is the it is the necessary testing machine for quality inspection department of kinds of research institutes and pipes manufacturers.

5.The pressure can be from 3 to 100MPa.

6.It can distinguish eight testing condition including pressure up, pressure down, pressure compensation, pressure exceeding, running, ending, leakage, and exploding. And also it can judge both effective and ineffective time parameters automatically. (The effective time means the time of the pressure within the setting pressure.)

Principle:
Input the parameters such as ring stress, wall thickness and average outer diameter of the pipe on the PC, the system will automatically calculate the test pressure, and the data will be transmitted to the lower computer (MCU embedded system) through the RS232 serial port. The lower machine automatically conducts constant pressure on the pipe, and the high-pressure pump generates a high-pressure liquid pressure source. After the pressure control system, the high-pressure hose is transported to the sample in the medium incubator for long-term hydrostatic test or blasting test of the pipe.
