BeaverBeadsTM Streptavidin are composed of superparamagnetic hydrophilic macromolecule particles covalently bonded with high-purity streptavidin. This product can be easily and efficiently combined with many biotinylated ligands, such as biotinylated antibody proteases, nucleic acid or other biotin labeled target molecules. The product adopts superparamagnetic microspheres with uniform size and regular morphology, which facilitates the rapid and convenient capture of target molecules and the realization of magnetic separation. This product can be equipped with automation equipment for high flux operation. Streptavidin SA Magbeads with 2μm diameter show brilliant performance on chemiluminescence and probe capture.
