Upgraded Anti-Wear Heel Protector Tape Self-Adhesive Foot Care Stickers for Wound Dressing. PE foam heel patch is a care product used to protect the heel and relieve heel pain.
Materials and Structure Working Principle
Main Materials: PE Foam Heel Patches are mainly made of polyethylene (PE) foam. This material has the characteristics of soft texture, good elasticity, light weight, and strong cushioning performance, which can provide good support and protection for the heel.

Structural Features: Usually insole-shaped or patch-shaped, its shape is generally designed according to the contour of the heel, and can fit the heel better. Some heel patches may add a layer of soft fabric or silicone coating on the surface to increase the contact comfort with the skin and prevent skin allergies or friction damage.
Buffering Pressure: PE foam has good elasticity and cushioning performance. When the human body walks or stands, it can effectively absorb the impact force on the heel, reduce the damage to the heel caused by the reaction force of the ground, and thus relieve heel pain.
Dispersing Pressure: The heel patch can evenly disperse the pressure on the heel to the entire patch, avoid the pressure from concentrating on a certain point, reduce the damage to the heel caused by excessive local pressure, and help improve the blood circulation of the heel.
Provide Support: PE foam heel stickers can provide a certain amount of support for the heel, maintain the normal physiological curvature of the heel, reduce the burden on the heel ligaments and muscles, and have a certain effect on alleviating heel pain caused by abnormal heel structure or long-term standing and walking.
How to Use
  1. Clean the heel: Before using the heel patch, wash the heel area with warm water, then wipe it dry with a clean towel to ensure that the heel surface is clean and dry so that the heel patch can be better adhered.
  2. Choose the right heel patch: Choose a PE foam heel patch of the right size according to your shoe size and heel size. Generally speaking, the size of the heel patch should be able to completely cover the painful part of the heel and will not affect the wearing comfort of the shoe.
  3. Paste the heel patch: Take the heel patch out of the package, tear off the protective paper on the back, and then gently stick the heel patch to the painful part of the heel, press it with your fingers for a few seconds to make it firmly adhere to the skin. If it is an insole-type heel patch, put it into the shoe and adjust the position so that it fits the heel.
  4. Replace the heel patch: It is generally recommended to replace the PE foam heel patch once a day to keep it clean and in good condition. If the heel patch becomes loose, deformed, or loses elasticity during use, it should be replaced with a new heel patch in time.
