Product description:

Mixing, emulsification, dissolution, and crushing are completed in one step, with a fineness of up to 2-um. Instead of traditional high-speed dispersion and grinding processes, a high-speed rotating rotor is used in conjunction with a precise stator working chamber. Relying on a high relative speed, strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, and high-speed cutting are generated, resulting in high-frequency mechanical effects that fully disperse and emulsify the material, thereby refining it. In the coating production process, a liquid meter is used for measurement, and a complete process flow including high shear emulsification dispersion, vacuum defoaming, and semi-automatic filling is adopted, from material feeding to finished product output in one process.
