The low-voltage rail electric transfer cart (KPD series) is an electric handling equipment powered by low-voltage rails. The power supply process is as follows:

1. Transformer step-down: 380V power supply is stepped down to 36V, 42V or 48V and transmitted to the track.
2. Track power supply: Low-voltage electricity is transmitted to the electric transfer cart via the track.
3. Power receiving device: The collector on the transfer cart receives the track power and transmits it to the on-board transformer.
4. Step-up transformer: Boost 36V electricity to 380V to power the motor and control system.
5. Motor-driven operation: The motor drives the wheels to run along the track, and the speed is adjusted, started and braked through the control system.
