Operation Instructions
Device Connection
- Power connection: AC220V control power supply
- Gas source connection: 0.4-0.6 MPa pressure required
Device Startup
Power on the device via control panel switch, then access the operating interface through the touch screen.
Parameter Setting Interface

- Test timing and cycle counting

Sample Installation
- Secure gun tip in holder using fixing devices

Testing Procedure
The automated test sequence includes:
- Immersion in rainwater acid solution (4-5 seconds) followed by 10 insertion/removal cycles
- Immersion in saline solution (4-5 seconds) followed by 10 insertion/removal cycles
- Immersion in turbid water solution (4-5 seconds) followed by drying and 10 insertion/removal cycles
- 1.5-hour power-on cycle
- Repeat entire sequence 20 times
