This equipment complies with the test requirements of multiple international standards including GB/T18487.1-2023, GB/T 20234.1-2023, IEC 62196-1:2022, and IEC EN 62752-2018. It is designed for life testing and normal operation testing of disconnection capability for various types of electric vehicle charging connectors.

The KP-BC011 tester performs plug-in/plug-out life tests, force measurement, breaking capacity tests, and normal operation tests for charging gun bases. Key features include:

Testing Procedure

The automated test sequence includes:

  1. Immersion in rainwater acid solution (4-5 seconds) followed by 10 insertion/removal cycles
  2. Immersion in saline solution (4-5 seconds) followed by 10 insertion/removal cycles
  3. Immersion in turbid water solution (4-5 seconds) followed by drying and 10 insertion/removal cycles
  4. 1.5-hour power-on cycle
  5. Repeat entire sequence 20 times
Note: All test parameters can be stored and retrieved for future use. The system includes comprehensive safety protections and automatic shutdown features for sample damage detection.
