Testing Methodology

  • Apply 30 N force for 1 minute to both conductors simultaneously
  • Forces are applied at a distance of 3 ± 0.8 mm from insertion points
  • During testing, contacts must not shift more than 0.8 mm

This comprehensive testing ensures lampholder contacts maintain their position and electrical safety under specified mechanical stress conditions.
