BT‑960 / 960XZ single‑side automatic spot welder is dedicated to cylindrical lithium battery PACK production.
It realizes automatic single‑side spot welding for cylindrical cells, nickel sheets and BMS PCB pads.
Real‑time welding current monitoring is supported. It will give an alarm and stop working when welding failure occurs.
Different welding current can be set for positive pole and negative pole separately.
Supports CAD data import, dot‑matrix data import and manual data input.
Equipped with servo motor driving system, it delivers precise positioning for welding operation.
Production quantity can be auto‑collected to show real‑time production efficiency.
Suitable for mass production of cylindrical battery packs, widely used for power bank and energy‑storage battery assembly.
