Functions and Features:

  • CCD detection system: CCD defect detection carries out online detection of the positive and negative parts of the pole plate and automatic labeling of the defective pole plate; CCD width detection and deviation correction automatically adjust the cutting width in a closed-loop;
  • Automatic coil threading mechanism: Equipped with automatically threading function by chains;
  • Unwinding mechanism: Adopt functions of automatic closed-loop tension control system, AVG trolley docking and automatic feeding and unwinding ultrasonic coil diameter monitoring;
  • Dust removal system: Unique negative pressure vacuuming cavity structure with static elimination device;
  • Industrial vacuum cleaner: collecting pole dust, low noise structure, equipped with reverse blowing dust function;
  • Edge material pulling mechanism: Edge materials on both sides are independently and automatically pulling with independent control of tension and separate edge bins automatically collect edge materials;
  • Rewinding mechanism: The upper and lower slip shafts are equipped to ensure the same winding tension of each roll,rewinding automatic pushing and unloading mechanism;
  • Unique slitting knife seat structure ensures quick changeover, and the changeover time is less than 0.5 hours;
  • Optional: Ceramic slitting knife, cursor-assisted positioning for rewinding and unwinding, etc.
