NMP Solvent Treatment System

Brief Induction

This product is designed for the filtration treatment of the solvents in the exhaust gas generated during the drying process of the coating machine. Through integrating this product into coating machine’s drying process, it effectively removes dust and purifies the exhaust gases, enhancing the overall productivity and healthy of the users.

Key Features

● The equipment adopts the water bath principle to filter the exhaust gas solvent generated during the drying process of the coating machine.

● Equipped with fan, active self-absorbing air inlet. Can be used directly adding tap water, easy to operate.

● Adopts explosion-proof design, safe to use.

● Two-stage water bath treatment unit with good recovery effect of NMP and dust.

● All stainless steel is excellent corrosion resistance performance and can be installed for both indoor and outdoor use.
