• The grooving and sealing dimensions of supercapacitors can be set on the HMI, and adjusted automatically and precisely to the required data.

• The pressing speed for sealing changes from quick feeding to slow crimping.

• The product is clamped securely by the jacket, with high centering coaxiality, but no shaking. It is grooved and sealed evenly with good out-off-roundness.

• Feeding is guided by the high-precision linear guide rail set, to ensure high accuracy and stable dimensions of grooving and sealing.

• The PLC control and HMI are conductive to automation.
