Product Introduction

It is a 2 in 1 machine for pouch cell research. It can be compatible with the following functions. Pouch Cell vacuum standing for electrolyte diffusion after electrolyte injection; Pouch cell vacuum sealing after electrolyte diffusion.

Key Features

• The sealing head is made of copper so that the heat transfer effect is good to save power consumption and improve work efficiency, more energy-saving.
• Upper and lower sealing head pressure can be set.
• The upper and lower heads are driven by a cylinder and guided by two linear sleeves, which can move up and down flexible, and guidance is accurate to ensure the parallelism of the product after edge sealing
• Through perspective window to observe the changes inside the chamber during work.
• This equipment is applicable for different sizes of batteries and easy to regulate.
• Multi-stage cycles operation function makes the electrolyte absorbing more completely.
• Split design of main machine and control box makes the machine can work either in glovebox or on production line.
• The upper chamber is driven by a cylinder, guided by two linear bushes, flexible up and down movement, and accurate guidance to ensure product sealing requirements.
• Touch screen operation, high automation.
• The chamber is made of aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistance and firm in structure.
