The ACEY-BCT560-64P prismatic battery charge discharge tester is engineered for high-current capacity grading of prismatic lithium batteries. Featuring energy regeneration technology, discharge energy is efficiently fed back into the factory power grid, delivering significant energy savings.

  • STM32-based control system - Operated via PC for comprehensive data storage and curve recording, or through onboard keypad for test program setup and automatic sorting
  • Real-time status monitoring - Continuous display of each cell's operating condition; automatic shutdown and warning indicators for abnormal channels
  • Power-failure recovery - Automatic resumption from previous process step after power restoration, preventing data loss
