Product Overview

We supply the 100Ah sheet metal end plate measuring 162mm width x 100mm height x 20mm thickness, precision formed from 1.2mm SPCC cold-rolled steel with a tensile strength of no less than 240 MPa. Each plate receives a full-surface electrophoretic coating for uniform anti-corrosion protection. Designed as a structural compression plate for 100Ah and similarly sized prismatic lithium battery cells, it is widely used in battery pack assembly and can be delivered together with matching terminals.
