Product Description


For cleanrooms that manufacture precision instruments , static electricity carried by employees can reach several thousand volts . Traditional workshops only put up a sign at the entrance saying “ please touch the static discharge ball ” . Employees who are in a hurry or simply forget walk straight in – the measure becomes ineffective . Kemaisi ‘ s latest anti static wing barrier completely changes this situation . It forces employees to use the electrostatic test pad next to the turnstile . Only when the static reading is within the acceptable range will the turnstile open , physically preventing non compliant personnel from entering the workshop . At the same time , it integrates facial recognition and attendance functions . The employee stands on the test pad facing the recognition terminal , and the system automatically completes identity verification , static detection , and records clock in and overtime hours – one stop passage . If the static test fails , the turnstile remains locked and a voice prompt says : “ Static excessive – please use the static discharge ball ” . The employee presses the static discharge ball placed next to the turnstile for 3 to 5 seconds , then takes the test again . If the result is now acceptable , passage is granted . The system automatically records for each passage : employee ID , time , static test value , pass or fail result , and whether the static discharge ball was used . The quality department can retrieve reports at any time for customer complaint tracking , internal audits , and continuous improvement . 1 . Mandatory electrostatic test for passage

Employees must use the electrostatic test pad next to the turnstile , and only when the static value is acceptable will the turnstile open . When the test fails , the turnstile remains locked and a voice prompt says : “ Static excessive – please use the static discharge ball ” .
