Product Overview

Vertical planetary ball mill is a necessary device for high-tech materials mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development, and small batch production. The Kingda planetary ball mill features compact volume, high efficiency, low noise, and versatile functionality, making it an ideal equipment for R&D institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain samples (each experiment can process four samples simultaneously). It can obtain powder samples under vacuum conditions when equipped with a vacuum ball mill jar.

The planetary ball milling machine features four ball grinding jars installed on a single turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axis performs planetary movements, and the balls within the jars grind and mix samples through high-speed motion. This equipment can effectively smash and blend various products of different materials and granularities using either dry or wet methods. The minimum granularity of ground products can reach as small as 0.1 micron (1.0×10-4mm).
