Description

Specializing in the production of HT200/HT250 gray iron and QT450-10/QT500-7 ductile iron horizontal continuous casting profiles and bars, using advanced horizontal continuous casting process, able to produce various specifications of round bars, square bars, rectangular bars and special-shaped cross-section profiles. The horizontal continuous casting process has the advantages of dense structure, uniform composition, and stable performance. The as-cast structure achieves type A graphite and pearlite matrix, obtaining good mechanical properties and machinability without heat treatment. Our products have complete specifications, diameter range Φ20-200mm, side length range 20*20-200*200mm, length 1000-6000mm customizable, surface roughness Ra 3.2-6.3μm, straightness ≤1.5mm/m, providing quality base materials for the machining industry.
