Description

Our high chromium cast iron roller castings are precision-manufactured for metal rolling applications, integrating exceptional wear resistance and mechanical stability. Crafted from premium high-chromium cast iron (Cr content 12-28%), these castings feature a hardened surface (HRC 58-65) and tough core, effectively resisting abrasion, impact, and high-temperature oxidation.

With advanced casting technology, the rollers achieve precise dimensional tolerance (±0.03mm) and uniform microstructure, eliminating defects like cracks and porosity. They can withstand continuous operation at temperatures up to 600℃ in hot rolling mills and maintain structural integrity under heavy loads (up to 500MPa), ensuring long service life (8000+ working hours) and reducing replacement frequency.

Widely applied in metallurgical industry, including steel, aluminum, copper, and other ferrous/non-ferrous metal rolling mills. Suitable for hot rolling, cold rolling, section steel rolling, and strip rolling lines, serving as core components for rolling machinery to realize efficient metal forming and thickness control.

We offer customizable specifications: diameter 150-1200mm, length 500-3000mm, and tailored chromium content based on specific working conditions. The rollers feature excellent heat dissipation and anti-adhesion performance, preventing metal sticking during rolling processes. All products comply with ISO and ASTM standards, passing non-destructive testing (UT, MT) to ensure quality reliability
