Lost Foam + Precision Shell Process
Combines the complex shaping capability of lost foam with the high surface finish of precision shell. Ideal for split case pump bodies with intricate flow passages. No parting lines means fewer burrs, achieving CT7-9 grade accuracy and significantly reducing machining.
Investment Casting
Suitable for smaller valve castings like Globe Valve Bodies and Gate Valve Bodies in the 5kg–50kg range. Surface finish can reach Ra ≤ 6.3μm, requiring little to no post-machining.
