Description

Our heat-resistant cast iron exhaust manifold castings are key exhaust components for diesel and internal combustion engines. Made of high silicon molybdenum cast iron by sand casting process, these exhaust manifolds feature excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. They collect exhaust gas from each cylinder and guide gas flow to rear exhaust system. The casting structure is reinforced to resist thermal deformation under frequent temperature changes. Every casting is inspected for surface defects, dimension check and penetration test to ensure reliability under long-time high-temperature working environment.

We support customized production based on customer drawings and part numbers. The casting blanks can be processed with flange milling, drilling and tapping. The material formula can be adjusted according to different engine temperature requirements to improve oxidation resistance.
