Description

Our cast steel slag pot, also known as metallurgical slag ladle, is a large heavy casting specially manufactured for iron and steel metallurgy industry, made of high strength cast steel with excellent high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and impact toughness, it can bear repeated thermal cycling and heavy load when holding high-temperature molten slag. This slag pot adopts integrated casting structure, with lifting lugs and shaft seats integrally formed, stable structure and good safety performance during hoisting and transportation of steel slag. We can produce slag pot according to customer drawings and capacity requirements, control wall thickness, material composition and casting quality strictly, carry out ultrasonic inspection and heat treatment to reduce internal defects such as shrinkage and porosity, extend service life under severe working environment. We can provide complete large slag pot casting blank, and offer machining, surface painting and other post-processing services as requested. This metallurgical slag container is widely used in steel mills, ironworks and smelting plants for containing and transporting high temperature slag after smelting. We support customized capacity and dimension, undertake super large casting orders with stable quality and delivery arrangement.
