What about the price of custom design?
The price should be based on your logo design, size, backing and quantity. You can contact us to get a exact price.

What is your normal turnaround time?
Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.

What is your minimum / maximum order?
No maximum and MOQ is 100pcs, but we can also adjust it if you just need low patches.

Can I have a sample with my logo free?

We'll make sample for approval before mass product and the sample would be free if you go on bulk order, otherwise just need cost a little sample fee.
