Aircraft Instrument Panel Lighting is a new type following ICAO type A/B low intensity and FAA L810 sepcial for aviation obstruction areas.
In remote areas, where 110V or 220V is not available except at extremely high cost, solar powered FAA & ICAO obstruction lights have become the preferred and often necessary solution for marking utility transmission towers, telecom towers, wind farm testing, airports, and other tall structures. Tapping into solar energy is simpler and greener, saves money, and keeps lights off grid.
With 20 years of lighting innovation in industry-leading surge protection technology, Welandsignal is the preferred supplier of FAA and ICAO compliant utility tower obstruction lights and lighting systems to protect transmission lines, chimneys, silos, flares, water towers and other Tall utility structures. Our systems control light pollution and offer advanced features such as GPS synchronization, infrared and real-time system monitoring. They are cost-effective solutions you can rely on.

GPS Synchronization

NOTE:
- Year-round, unrestricted solar exposure is critical to long-term performance. Shade dramatically reduces the ability of the light to charge its battery.
- Charge every 3 months when storing.
KEY FEATURES
- No limitation on distance or objects between lights
- No quality limitation
- Internal GPS synchronization modules with no enteral components or wires required.
- Each lantern operates independently
- GPS receiver is housed with the lantern and no additional power suppliers, aerials or control systems are required.
- Lanterns set to the same flash pattern will come into synchronization.

INSTALLATIONS
Aircraft Instrument Panel Lighting for Chimney
Due to the particularity of the structure of the chimney itself, when setting up aviation obstruction lights, the obstruction lights installed at the top must be located between 1.5-3 meters at the top. When the height of the chimney is H > 150 meters, the obstruction lights can be installed at within 7.5 meters below the top of the chimney.
Reference standards: CAAC, ICAO, FAA "MH/T6012-2015" "MH5001-2013"

- When H≤45m, set a layer of medium-intensity aviation obstruction lights on the top of the chimney, and brush 7 color codes
- When 45 m < H ≤ 105 m, the chimney should be provided with multi-layer aviation obstruction lights, with medium-intensity B-type aviation obstruction lights at the top, and medium-intensity aviation obstruction lights at other layers, and the distance between each layer should not be greater than 45 meters. , and as equal as possible
- When 105m<H≤150m, the chimney should be provided with multi-layer aviation obstruction lights, with medium-intensity type A aviation obstruction lights at the top, and medium-intensity aviation obstruction lights at other layers, and the spacing between layers should not be greater than 45 meters , and as equal as possible
- H ≥ 150 meters high-intensity aviation obstruction lights are set at the top of the chimney, and the distance is controlled within the range of 75-105 meters, and medium-intensity aviation obstruction lights are set between the high-intensity aviation obstruction lights.
