Question: DPS6 gearboxes were mass-produced in batches from 2011 to 2019. Do the early original valve body versions and later revised gearboxes share fully compatible clutch disc sizes and pressure plate travel, meaning no separate inventory classification is needed?
Answer: Yes, our standard DPS6 clutch kit fits all 2011-2019 batch gearboxes. Only internal valve body hydraulic logic was updated on late revisions, while clutch disc outer diameter, spline parameters and pressure plate working travel stay identical. You only need to stock one single kit to cover all years, which simplifies your warehouse inventory management and cuts stocking capital costs greatly.

Question: Can all factory logos, DPS6/6DCT250 marks and OE No.602001400 printing be removed to make fully neutral blank inner and outer cartons for clients’ private brand overseas distribution?
Answer: Absolutely we offer full neutral packaging service. All original logos, gearbox models and OE codes are wiped off both vacuum inner bags and export cartons without extra cost. You can stick your own brand labels or customize printed cartons separately. Only bulk orders with customized printing have a fixed MOQ requirement, blank neutral packages have no minimum purchase limit.

Question: Do buyers need to pay a deposit of 30%-50% of the total order value, and will packing and shipment only be arranged after full settlement of the balance payment?
Answer: That’s our standard payment rule. A 30%-50% deposit is required to reserve your stock and arrange production. We will start packing, inspection and shipment procedures only after receiving your full balance. This policy avoids stock waste and order cancellation risks. For long-term big cooperative clients, we can negotiate flexible balance payment terms separately.
