Hold-Down Valve Testing Machine ISO 5208 Compliant with DN15-1200 & PN1.6-48MPa Range
Product Description
The WPT-2 Hold-Down Valve Testing Machine is a high-integration comprehensive testing system for valves, integrating electromechanical control, hydraulic drive, pressure testing, and fluid medium storage & circulation. By positioning the valve flange surface and using a movable back-jaw clamping method, it eliminates additional external forces that could affect test results, ensuring precise and reliable performance testing of valves. Equipped with hydraulic drive and PLC computer control, it enables automated and accurate testing processes.
Product Applications
Widely used in industries such as valve manufacturing, petroleum, petrochemicals, nuclear power, and chemical engineering, as well as valve maintenance departments. It is designed for performance tests (strength, tightness, leakage) of various high, medium, and low-pressure valves with nominal diameters from DN15 to 1000mm, including gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, and check valves. Test media can be water, gas, or oil, meeting diverse industrial testing needs.
