This turnkey automatic packaging line is engineered for food and beverage manufacturers seeking to automate the complete packaging process—from product infeed and primary packaging through to cartoning and finished product discharge. It eliminates manual handling between stages, reducing labor dependency and improving output consistency.
Integrated Process Coverage
The line integrates multiple packaging stages into a single synchronized system. Product is fed via a vibratory or belt conveyor into the primary packaging unit, which can be configured as a vertical form-fill-seal machine, premade pouch filler, or flow wrapper depending on your product format. After sealing, packages pass through a checkweigher for weight verification, then to a cartoning station where products are automatically collated and inserted into cartons. A coding system applies date and batch information before the finished cartons are discharged onto a collection conveyor.
Configuration Flexibility
Because packaging requirements vary significantly across product categories, the line is built on a modular architecture. Primary packaging type, filling system, carton size, and output capacity are all specified at the configuration stage based on your product characteristics. Typical capacity ranges from 30 to 60 packages per minute for primary packaging, with cartoning capacity matched to upstream output.
Construction and Controls
All product-contact surfaces use SUS304 stainless steel. The line operates under a centralized PLC control system with touchscreen HMI, displaying real-time parameters including line speed, package count, reject rate, and station status. Fault conditions trigger automatic line stop with alarm indication, minimizing product waste and enabling rapid recovery.
