Description
This premade pouch packing machine uses an 8-station rotary platform to deliver continuous filling and sealing of preformed pouches, eliminating roll stock film and improving pouch presentation.
Working Principle
The rotary platform indexes through eight sequential stations: pouch feeding, opening, air flushing, fill station one, fill station two, pouch stretching, top sealing, and discharge. This continuous motion minimizes idle time and supports stable output up to 50 pouches per minute.
Pouch and Filling Compatibility
The machine accepts stand-up pouches, three-side seal, four-side seal, flat pouches, and spout pouches. Filling systems are specified per product: auger for powders, piston pump for liquids and pastes, volumetric cup for granules, and multi-head weigher for irregular solids. Changeover between systems uses quick-release mounting interfaces, typically within 30 to 60 minutes.
Construction and Controls
All product-contact parts use SUS304 stainless steel. Oil-free vacuum pumps prevent contamination. PLC with 7-inch touchscreen HMI displays speed, fill count, seal temperature, and alarm status. No-pouch-no-fill-no-seal logic eliminates material waste.
