1. Product Overview

This new energy automotive training equipment features a pure electric vehicle training system with automotive-grade LiFePO4 power batteries (3.2V, 20Ah per cell). The 24-cell series battery pack delivers a 76.8V nominal voltage, managed by an advanced Battery Management System (BMS). The system includes a 10-inch touchscreen display for real-time monitoring of battery voltage, charge/discharge current, temperature, SOC, relay status, CC/CP signals, insulation resistance, and individual cell voltages. The transparent acrylic cover allows clear observation of internal wiring, while high-voltage connectors with interlock protection ensure operational safety.

  • Smart On-Board Charger (OBC) with CAN communication, enabling CC/CP detection and constant-current charging under BMS supervision.
  • Passive cell balancing (100mA) to extend battery lifespan.

  • EU CE-certified ABS housing, aluminum alloy frame, and oil/corrosion-resistant casing for durability.
