Product Overview
This training platform utilizes mass-production lithium iron phosphate power batteries from new energy vehicles. Each individual battery cell has a nominal voltage of 3.2V with 20Ah capacity, ensuring safe and stable operation. The power battery pack consists of 24 individual cells connected in series, providing a rated voltage of 73.6V. The system dynamically monitors total voltage, charge/discharge current, temperature, and individual cell voltages while performing SOC estimation, charge/discharge control, and fault alarm functions. A 5mm thick transparent acrylic cover provides clear visibility of the power battery pack wiring connections.
