The hood lock is a critical safety component mounted behind the front grille and on the radiator support, responsible for locking the engine hood. During vehicle operation, the hood lock bears significant wind pressure resistance； failure would severely impact driving safety.

Our product features a composite structure of high-strength engineering plastic and metal latch, with a dual-pull release mechanism (first stage to release, second stage to open). Developed strictly to original specifications, the cable interface and mounting holes are 1:1 matching with the vehicle chassis. The surface is treated for rust prevention, undergoes mechanical fatigue testing exceeding 10,000 cycles, ensuring locking stability under harsh conditions.

Factory-grade dual-pull release logic (stage 1 to unlatch, stage 2 to open) with high-tension return spring. Compared to single-latch designs, this dual-pull structure maintains higher locking redundancy during high-speed crosswinds or front impacts, preventing the hood from unexpectedly flying up and hitting the windshield.

The core locking mechanism is stamped from reinforced carbon steel with Dacromet or zinc plating treatment. Specifically strengthened for the heavy hood of the Tang II, it resists wear and looseness even after thousands of opening/closing cycles, eliminating rattling noises when the hood is closed.

The lock base features reinforced rib grid construction, enhancing mounting strength. The mounting clip holes precisely align with the radiator support bracket, including factory-spec anti-loosening screws. No drilling or modification is required—direct replacement in the original position.
