PRUDUCT DESCRIPTION


The Roller Wheel Swing Gate Opener PK600GL features gear-driven self-locking and dual-windproof design, ensuring security without an extra electric lock. It supports soft start, slow stop, obstacle detection, and automatic closing, with a durable aluminum build and CE certification for compliance with EU safety standards, enabling market access. Suitable for outdoor use in modern farmhouse and courtyard settings.


MAIN FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES AS BELOW

  • PK600GL Roller Wheel Swing Gate Automation Kit is suitable for powering the opening and closing motion of gates up to 600kg in weight, up to a length of 4m.
  • Gate motion is achieved by the rotating gear of the gate opener.
  • The opener must be fitted within private property, never externally to a property’s boundary.
  • Before installing the gate opener, please ensure that the swing gate is correctly installed and smoothly moved by hand.
  • If installed with electronic lock, please ensure the distance between two gates is from 15-20mm; if without electronic lock, there is no requirement about the distance between two gates.
  • Ensure that the power cable is connected to a RCD protected weatherproof power outlet near the gate opener; ensure the height of the control box higher than 1.5m from the ground to keep it out of children’s reach, in order to avoid unintentional activation.
  • After finished installation, please ensure again the mechanical functionality of gate opener; the smoothness from back and forth of the gate; and correct installation of infrared sensor(optional)

Cable
To ensure the normal operation of the gate opener and to protect the cables from damage, use PVC pipes for laying the motor, power cable, and control cables. It is recommended to use two separate PVC pipes: one for the motor and power cable and another for the control cable.
