Installation Guide
Before installation, verify all equipment in the box is intact and ensure the ground surface is concrete and smooth.
Required Tools: Impact drill, drill bit No. 8, No. 8 expansion screw, hex wrench, hammer, marker pen
Installation Steps
- Pull up the parking lock arm, unlock and remove the top cover
- Determine installation position and place the parking lock accordingly
- Use a marker pen to mark the three mounting hole positions
- Using M12 drill bit, drill three 12mm diameter, 80mm deep holes. Insert M8 expansion bolts and remove nuts
- Thread holes through expansion bolts and tighten nuts securely
- Connect the battery plug and lock the top cover
- Test parking lock operation - normal function indicates successful installation
Usage & Maintenance
Use Cautions:
- Replace remote controller batteries with same type when power is low
- Regularly clean surface dust and debris to maintain clean, dry conditions
Troubleshooting Guide
Power On But No Power Prompt:
- Low or damaged batteries - replace with same type
- Poor power cord connection - tighten or replace cord
- Host control box damage - replace unit
Remote Control Short Distance or Failure:
- Low battery - replace battery
- Host control box damage - replace unit
Arm Not in Position, Alarm Without External Force:
- Loose limit switch - fine-tune and tighten screw properly
- Obstruction in arm rotation or spindle - remove object
- Transmission damage - replace component
