System Components
The tire killer system consists of three main components:
Main Frame
Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing high-strength load-bearing capacity and anti-collision performance. Internal design excludes electrical components and wiring for waterproof safety. Installed in driveways or designated locations to control vehicle access.
Electric Transmission Station
Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and full transmission components. Gear-free internal structure eliminates rotating belts and reduces maintenance requirements while ensuring stable, long-lasting operation. Serves as the power source for the tire killer system, mounted beside the main frame. Manual operation available during power outages.
Electric Control System
Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control system for comprehensive operational management.
