Surface-mounted security barrier with sharp blades for controlled vehicle access
Product Overview
As the barrier raises, the tire killer teeth retract below ground level, providing safe access for authorized vehicles. When the vehicle has passed, the barrier lowers and the teeth return to the active position, ensuring complete protection from unauthorized vehicle intrusion. The system integrates with various access control systems and includes underground detector loops as safety devices to prevent operation when authorized vehicles are stationary over the teeth.

System Components
The tire killer system consists of three main components:
  • Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. Features all-steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing and anti-collision capacity. Waterproof design with no internal electrical components for enhanced safety.
  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and transmission components. Gear-free design ensures maintenance-free operation, stability, and longevity. Manual operation available during power outages.
  • Electric Control System: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control, and wire control devices.
