Tyre Killer System Components
The complete tyre killer system comprises three main components:
- Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire steel structure utilizes GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding for high-strength load-bearing capacity and superior anti-collision performance. The internal design excludes electrical components and wiring, ensuring waterproof operation and enhanced safety. The device is mounted on driveways or designated locations to effectively control vehicle access.
- Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and complete transmission components. The gear-free internal structure eliminates rotating belts, requiring no maintenance while delivering stable, long-lasting operation. This serves as the power source for the tyre killer system, mounted beside the main frame. Manual operation capability ensures functionality during power outages.
- Electric Control System: Features control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control interface for comprehensive operational management.
