Installation Guidelines
Installation Position
The road blocker should be installed at designated vehicle entrances and exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned for optimal operation and maintenance access, typically near the road blocker (inside or outside security rooms). Control boxes should be placed in easily accessible locations according to customer requirements.
Pipeline Connection
- Standard installation includes 5 meters of hydraulic pressure pipeline. Additional lengths are available. Foundation excavation should consider terrain and pipeline routing to avoid damaging underground facilities.
- Pipeline groove dimensions: hydraulic pipeline depth 10-30cm, width 15cm; control wire depth 5-15cm, width 5cm.
- Protective threading pipes (PVC) are required for both control wires and oil pipes.
