Installation Guidelines

Installation Position
The road blocker should be installed at designated vehicle entrances and exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned according to site conditions for easy operation and maintenance, typically near the road blocker (inside or outside security rooms). Control boxes should be placed in accessible locations near duty personnel workstations.

Pipeline Connection
- Standard equipment includes 5 meters of hydraulic pressure pipeline; additional lengths are available at extra cost
- Foundation excavation should consider terrain for hydraulic oil pipe and control wire routing
- Ensure pipeline installation avoids damage to existing underground facilities
- Mark pipeline locations to prevent damage during subsequent construction activities
- Pipeline groove dimensions: hydraulic pipeline depth 10-30cm, width 15cm; control wire depth 5-15cm, width 5cm
- Use PVC threading pipe for control wire protection and appropriate protection for oil pipes
