The 300X6 is a six-axis rotary automatic spray painting machine engineered for precision industrial coating of medium to large-sized cylindrical and annular workpieces. Driven by a closed-loop stepper system with Leadshine motors and HIWIN guide rails, it delivers ±0.2MM positioning accuracy across a φ300mm*350mm spray area. Equipped with dual independent spray guns that can dispense paint separately, and a dual-station rotary turntable for continuous loading and spraying, the ManSheng touch screen controller supports up to 10000 programmable spray patterns for automated production lines.
