YM215 Automatic 1ml 2ml 5ml Ampoule Vial Labeler Applicator Horizontal Labeling Machine

Application and Function:

1, This horizontal labeling machine is suitable for food, daily chemical, pharmacy, stationery and other industry. All small diameter round product, not easy stand product, it can be sticked label on this labeler, such as ampoule vial, oral liquid, detection reagent tube, lipstick, nail polish, mark pen, crayon, sausage, dental needle, cigar and so on.

2, Machine is automatic feeding product and labeling and collecting product, printing function can be choose on label.

3, Blue belt wrap around device, press labels on product tighten.

4, Conveyor are roller type, keep product very steadily running until to labeling. Collecting hooper collect labeled product smoothly and soft.

5, Machine feeding product onto conveyor automaticly, save labor, increase efficiency. Different diameter product, change different mould for feeding, very cheap, easy and fast.

6, Servo motor feeding label out, faster and more steadily, ensure labeling precision high. labeling speed: 100-300 PCS/min.

7, The whole machine adopts mature PLC control system to ensure the stable running in high speed; Touch screen makes easy reading and excellent looking. More than 10 groups of labeling parameters saved, makes setting rapidly.

8, Automatic photoelectric detection functions including canceling labeling without objects there and stopping running or raising an alarm without labels to use to avoid omitting or wasting labels.
