Working principle of the NKR57 SPIRAL BEVEL GEAR 43;7
The crown wheel and pinion consists of a pair of spiral bevel gears: the drive pinion and the crown wheel (driven gear).Power from the engine is transmitted through the drive shaft to the drive pinion, which in turn drives the meshed crown wheel. This achieves two key functions:

1.Change power transmission direction: Rotates the longitudinal power of the drive shaft by 90° to deliver it to the left and right half shafts.

2.Reduce speed and increase torque: Uses the tooth ratio difference (the crown wheel has far more teeth than the pinion) to decrease speed and amplify torque, providing stronger driving force to the wheels.
