Product Overview

Model DT-GS1000 is an unmanned linkage piston filling machine built exclusively for fully automated factories. It adopts PLC + servo intelligent control system, which can realize full-process intelligent linkage with bottle unscrambling, feeding, capping, labeling, finished product conveying and other equipment to realize unmanned continuous production.

It is equipped with intelligent functions such as no bottle no fill, fault self-diagnosis, material shortage early warning, etc., with customizable 6-8 nozzle configuration and stable capacity of 30-80 cans per minute, greatly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
