Introduction to Laboratory

In recent years, CNCA and the State Administration for Market Regulation have adjusted and improved the compulsory product certification catalog and implementation requirements. The certification method for the products in the compulsory products catalog for the external lighting and light signal devices and indirect vision devices of motor vehicle have been changed from the CCC certification to the self-declaration evaluation and the compulsory product certificate will no longer be issued. These measures give full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources, strengthen the responsibility of market entities and bring about the challenges and opportunities for the quality control of enterprises.

CVC has been designated as a compulsory testing laboratory for motor vehicle parts by the Certification and Accreditation Administration, a testing laboratory authorized by the Announcement for road motor vehicle of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and the accredited laboratory of DAkkS, Australian Ministry of Transport and Saudi government.
