Product Introduction

Custom plastic tank blow molding units developed by Xinhengda utilize mature extrusion blow molding craft, equipped with premium FIFO accumulator, MOOG precise thickness regulator and energy-saving servo hydraulic driving assembly.
The unit enables 1–5 layer co-extrusion molding and unmanned fabrication of HDPE storage containers covering 20L to 10000L capacities. Integrated PLC intelligent control, intuitive touch panel and auto unloading manipulator streamline whole production flow.
Balancing high throughput and low power loss, this molding equipment is widely applied for household water storage, industrial liquid holding and new energy supporting manufacturing sectors.
