Description

The High-Voltage Energy Storage Harness for EVs is engineered to optimize energy flow between EV charging infrastructure, grid systems, and renewable energy sources. Designed for IP67/IP68 protection​ and compliant with IEC 62196​ and UL 2251​ standards, this harness integrates PTFE-insulated conductors​ and nickel-plated terminals​ to ensure reliable high-voltage transmission (up to 1000V DC) in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +125°C). Its modular design supports scalable configurations for fast-charging stations, grid energy storage, and hybrid EV systems.

Insulation: PTFE (Teflon) insulation with flame-retardant VW-1 rating, resistant to chemical corrosion and UV exposure.
