Seasoning Powder Automatic Filling Sealing Premade Pouch Bagging Machine
1. It equiped with perfect powder vertical screw feeder, which can realize the filling at the place where the screw head extends into the bag opening, effectively prevent the dust issue, and then improve the packing efficiency.
2. Applications: suitable for all kinds of measurement powder packing of medicine, food, chemical and comestics industry, etc.
3. It adopts of touching screen operation, PLC control. Drive stepper motor to control the bag length. Stable performance and easy to adjust & accurate detection. Use intelligent temperature controller and PID control to ensure temperature tolerance within 1 degree.
4. Suitable for many bag sizes from 9*13cm to 18*26cm, flat bag, zipper bag, hanging bag, doypack etc and special shape pouches. Big compatible pouch types and size ranges.

Features:

  • Bag Storage Area: This is where the pre-made bags are stored in bulk. It is usually a hopper or a compartment that can hold a large number of bags in a stack or array.
  • Bag Feeding Mechanism: The core part of the machine. The tipping bucket is a key component. It is designed to hold a single bag at a time. When the machine operates, the bucket tips to release the bag onto a conveyor belt or into a holding area for further processing. The bucket is typically equipped with a suction cup or a gripper to ensure the bag is securely held and accurately positioned.
  • Control Panel: This is the interface for operators to set and monitor the machine’s operation. It includes buttons, switches, and a display screen. Operators can adjust parameters such as the speed of the tipping action, the frequency of bag release, and the position of the bag on the conveyor.
