Product Introduction:
The double-shaft screw conveyor is equipped with a solid screw in a U-shaped groove, one of which is left-handed and the other is right-handed. When working, the two screws are rotated through a pair of gears at the shaft extension position. The rotation of the spiral body makes the material move axially, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying.

Working Principle:
The material flows in from the feed port. When the rotating shaft rotates, the material is subjected to the normal thrust of the helical blade. The radial component of the thrust and the friction force of the blade on the material may drive the material to rotate around the axis, but due to the material itself Due to the gravity of the material and the friction of the trough to the material, it does not rotate with the helical blade, but moves along the axial direction of the trough under the axial component of the normal thrust of the blade.
