Product Description:
Auger conveyors are spiral bulk material transportation systems that convey raw ingredients to and from processing areas that are on different levels of a facility. These conveyors can horizontal transport materials, also it can slanted at different angles to economically elevate and convey materials up and down floors. They require ample space and an increased amount of power to lift the material, depending on the steepness of the angle.
In order to meet different demands in different industries, we make various kinds of screw conveyor for option, like U-shape trough screw conveyor, tubular screw conveyor, shaftless screw conveyor, double screw conveyor etc.

Application:
Auger conveyor is used to transport powder or small free flow products from low position to high place.such as coal, cement, agriculture, metallurgy, chemical, food and so on. It is not suitable to transport perishable materials and materials having big viscosity.

Advantages:
1. Efficient delivery: small diameter, high rotating speed, large transmission capacity, variable pitch of spiral body, and small resistance of intermediate bearing make loading material smoothly, quickly and evenly.
2. Random arrangement: conveyor has good integral rigidity and can transport the products flatly or steeply inclined, it can be connected with its corollary equipment directly, and can be set up and dismantled easily with small floor space.
3. Good lubrication: low oil lubricating sliding tile, multilayer labyrinth oil seal design and integral lubricating system composed of of oil pump, distributor and pipeline are convenient and can completely lubricate all the running parts.
4. Reliable sealing: the dust cover of reducer is reliable for preventing leakage which can protect reducer and create good working condition. Improved peephole can prevent water seepage and material leakage.
