1.Spiral sand water separator is a device used for sewage treatment, mainly for separating sand and water. It is commonly used in sedimentation tanks of sewage treatment plants to help remove sand particles from wastewater. The following is the working principle and characteristics of the spiral sand water separator:

2.Inlet: The sand water mixture is input into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator.
Sedimentation: Particles with higher specific gravity (such as sand particles) in the mixed liquid settle at the bottom of the spiral groove due to their own weight.
3.Lifting: Under the push of the spiral, the sand particles are lifted along the bottom of the inclined U-shaped groove and continue to move up a certain distance after leaving the liquid surface.
4.Dehydration: The water in the sand particles gradually flows back to the water tank through the gaps in the spiral groove, and the sand particles also gradually dry.
5.Discharge: The dried sand particles are discharged from the discharge outlet, while the supernatant flows out from the drainage pipe
